“ We used to live across the street 20 years ago and it offered a lot of rice dishes as well as burgers. They limited the menu after pandemic but still great food. Stopped by today Nov 2024 to pick up some cheese burgers and fries. Their burgers are amazing and cooked perfect. The buns are toasted so when you bite into the burger there's a nice crunch. I love all the fresh ingredients they use. I'm not fond of pickles, onions, and mustard and they don't put any of them in this burger. So I loved it. My husband said it was missing some acidity to it. Fries are plenty and crispy. Service is always nice and friendly, I like the little beepers they give you to let you know your food is ready. We always take the food to go. Thank you everyone who continues to support this establishment. You won't be disappointed. ”

“ Very casual mom and pop burger spot. Service and food are amazing. Appears to be family owned and super friendly and welcoming. There are burger, sandwich, and teriyaki options. I ordered a teriyaki burger and asked for onion and cheese. I thought it would be a burger with teriyaki sauce but it was a burger with beef teriyaki on top! It was huge!!!! It had a good combination of savory and sweet (not too sweet). I also ordered onion rings. I love onions. There is outdoor seating available and residential parking. ”

“ My mom was getting an outpatient procedure done at the doctor's office next door and the staff there (including the doctor) were telling me how great this burger spot is. When that many people are suggesting this place to me at different hours of the day, it's a sign to have my lunch here. It was already later in the day, so I didn't want to order too much. I decided to just get a small order of the chili cheese fries (yes, I know.. no burger at a burger joint) and it was WAY larger than I had anticipated. The portions were more than generous and the fries were absolutely smothered with their chili. Although smothered, the fries were still very crispy and every bite was pure joy. It seems like the place literally mom and pop and they were so friendly when I went back up to the window to grab a bag. There was so much food I couldn't even get through 1/3 of it, so it was definitely bang for my buck. Gotta come back again when she has her next follow up for a burger! ”

“ The best burger in Pasadena. Hands down. Don't be fooled by the modest appearance - the family business serves up the juiciest, most delicious burger I've had on this side of the coast. Service is swift and they accept cards. The smallest downside is that they are only open for limited hours during the weekday. It's best to takeout because seating is limited and it is only outside off a busy street. But the burger doesn't lose its essence when you takeout, so what are you waiting for? It's the best lunchtime treat. ”
